The Smartbrake™ Exhaust Brake, Slide Assembly, Pneumatic Control System Excluding Gaskets And Solenoid Valves Three Years (Unlimited Mileage) From The Date Of Delivery To The First Retail Purchaser

The Smartbrake™ Exhaust Brake Gaskets, Auxiliary Air Supply System, Electric Control Systems, Solenoid Valves And Switches. 36 Months (Unlimited Mileage) From The Date Of Delivery To The First Retail Purchaser

 

The Term And Conditions Of These Warranties Obliges Hersham U.S.A Inc. To Replace, Without Charge any SMARTBRAKE™ Part Returned To Its Warranty Department, Postage Prepaid, Which Hersham's Inspection Discloses To Its Satisfaction To Have Been Defective In Manufacture, Workmanship, Material Content Or Operation During The Normal Warranty Coverage Period.
 

These Limited Warranties Will Not Apply To Any SMARTBRAKE™ Exhaust Brake Or Part Which Has Been Altered, Misused, Incorrectly Installed Or Has Been Damaged As A Result Of Neglect Or Accident.

Any Damage Resulting From The Use Of Parts Not Supplied By Hersham U.S.A  Inc. Shall Not Be Covered Under These Warranties.

Damage Resulting From Improper Installation, Service Repair Or Application Of Any SMARTBRAKE ™  Or Part Supplied by Hersham U.S.A. Inc. Shall Not Be Covered By This Warranty.

No Warranty Is Offered For Any Part Supplied By Hersham U.S.A. Inc, Installed In Any Exhaust Brake System Not Supplied By Hersham U.S.A.  Inc.
 

HERSHAM U.S.A. INC.'S SOLE LIABILITY AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS LIMITED TO THE OBLIGATION SET FORTH HEREIN AND HERSHAM U.S.A. INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
 

In The Event That This Product Becomes Defective Within The Defined Warranty Cover Period, Please Notify An Authorized SMARTBRAKE ™   Dealer, Or Write To The Address Below Detailing Your Product, Place And Date Of Purchase, Date Of Installation And The Details Of The Problem Identified
